How does a guest join a room?
They open the link you send them. Nothing to install, no account to create. They allow their camera and they're on camera. If you've turned on the waiting room for that room, they wait for you to admit them first. See how a guest joins on the home page.
Does FaciliCast only work with OBS?
No. Every embed link FaciliCast gives you is a plain browser source URL. It works in OBS, Camo, Ecamm, Meld Studio, or any other tool that reads a browser source or web widget. Production stays in your own tool, so your scenes, overlays, and branding are unchanged. See the Control Room.
Does FaciliCast record my show?
No. FaciliCast brings your guests in live; your recording chain stays yours. Point your own tool at the browser source and record the way you already do.
Why FaciliCast instead of VDO.Ninja?
VDO.Ninja is free and capable, but it is a toolbox, not a product. You manage URL parameters by hand, there are no accounts or saved rooms, and you become the support desk for every guest. Why not just capture a Zoom or Meet window?

What happens when a guest disconnects or comes back next week?
The slot and its browser-source URL are permanent. A returning guest reconnects to the same source, and a reconnect happens without anyone noticing. Guests you've saved skip the waiting room and go straight in. You set up your tool once and never touch it again.
Is my guest's feed private?
Yes. Every room link and embed URL carries its own secret key, any room can require a waiting room before a guest is admitted, and you can revoke a guest's access with one click. See the Control Room.
Which plan do I need, Starter or Pro?
Starter is for a solo show with a single guest now and then, at 720p. Pro is for a weekly show that leans on more than one guest, at 1080p, and it adds screen share, speaker and gallery sources, virtual background, noise removal, and QR invite. Compare them on the pricing section.
What's included in each plan?
Starter includes 1 room and 1 guest at 720p, 30 fps. Pro includes 3 rooms and 4 guests at 1080p, 30 fps, plus screen share, a bonus speaker-view source, a bonus gallery-view source, QR code invite, and email invite. Max includes 5 rooms and 8 guests at 4k, 60 fps, with the same feature set as Pro. The full comparison table is on the pricing section.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly is 10 EUR for Starter, 25 EUR for Pro, 49 EUR for Max, each per month. Annual works out to 8 EUR, 20 EUR, and 39 EUR per month for the same three plans, billed yearly. Switch between the two with the toggle at the top of the pricing section.
Are the prices shown including VAT?
No. Every price on the pricing section is exclusive of VAT.
What does the money-back guarantee cover?
Every plan comes with a 30 day money-back guarantee. It is unconditional and has no usage cap.
Do guests need to create an account?
No. A guest never creates an account or installs anything. They just open the link. Hosts do need an account to manage rooms.
How do I log in?
Hosts log in at app.facilicast.com. Guests never log in at all, they just use the room link you send them.
